This song was performed at the Potters House Christian Fellowship Church a few weeks back and people haven't stopped talking about it. Comment to tell us what you think.
As The Story Goes (featuring: Denise, Jonathan, Lake, and Marcus)
I've always been a drama queen. Put a script in front of me and I'll have my lines memorized and be completely in character within a week. Even if it's improve, I can be completely comfortable going on stage five minutes after you told me what my part is.
Getting married and jumping head first into my husbands ministries has opened a whole new kind of stage fright that I'm not used to. I've always wanted to sing, and seeing God open these new doors is very exciting for me.
HOWEVER(coma), I was a bundle of nerves last Saturday when we opened for the Dead and Gone play(ask anyone watching I was literally shaking!). It wasn't my first time performing, but I still haven't gotten past those butterflies! God really helped me and I'm so thankful to Him. People got saved that night and weather my music had any impact or not, it was a privilege to be a part of it.
Why do you have so many people in your group? Is a question we get asked quite often. Why? It's Quite simple actually. Our goal is to see souls saved by Jesus Christ. With each new member, there is a new testimony and a new style of music that broadens our ability to achieve that goal.
Introducing our newest addition: Nehemiah and Bethany
These are two individuals with the same vision we have. They are both extremely talented in singing, writing, and playing instruments; and they have dedicated their lives to serve Jesus. They will be featured on our upcoming album: Redeemed.
Stay tuned on our YouTube channel to hear some of their music.
The countdown is closing in quickly! There are exactly three weeks till our departure date and I couldn't be more excited. We're practicing 3 times a week, ordering fresh apparel (sneak peak to the left), finalizing our travel arrangements, and we haven't stopped praying. God is going to do so much through this trip. How can I tell? There is an incredible feeling of anticipation that so much more is going to come from this trip than just a vacation. This is a chance to see people turn to Jesus, and to have a hand in leading them to Christ. But even beyond that, I feel that there is going to be a burst of energy and excitement released into our personal lives when we get home. This trip will be like a caffeine shot to last a lifetime. Like the future, the dreams, the visions that God has placed in our hearts are finally going to be realized through this trip. Something is being giving to us that no one is going to be able to take.
The best words to use for how I feel are simply: I can't wait!
Like in our song, "Youth of the Nation", we believe in passing the baton to the youth of the next generation. Here is Common Courtesy shaking of the stage fright right before their first concert.
These are kids who've dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ and who believe in what we stand for as a group. New Covenant is proud to support these talented individuals, and we look forward to seeing them grow both in talent and ministry.
Keep and eye out for their upcoming album called, "Champions". You'll find it here in our store and on iTunes once its released.
This is where it all begins. Every Thursday night at 7:30 we meet to pray, to write music, to organize events and schedules, and to encourage each other.

We had a great time performing in South San Diego last month. We saw people come to Jesus that day. It was a very good feeling to know that our message help change someone's life. Below is Jonathan and Derrick performing a new unreleased song called Judas Lives. It is a song directed towards a religious crowd who act out religion but do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This was Jonathan's first concert as a new daddy and his baby Marisela was there wife her mommy Denise to support.
